Similarly, the stars symbolize unity among the Filipino community in Auckland, bridging geographical and cultural differences to work together towards common goals. It also reflects the integration of Filipino culture within the multicultural fabric of New Zealand society.
Blue color
Symbolizes peace, truth, and justice in the Philippines. It represents the nation's commitment to harmony and fairness.
Red color
Represents patriotism and valor, embodying love for the nation and the courage to defend its principles.
These colors, while representing Philippine ideals, also resonate with universal values embraced by New Zealand society. Blue reflects the peaceful coexistence and justice upheld within the community, while red signifies the shared spirit of patriotism and courage among Filipino immigrants in Auckland.
Kiwi bird symbol
The kiwi bird holds significant importance in New Zealand's national identity, symbolizing pride, unity, and the country's unique biodiversity.
By incorporating the kiwi bird, the logo acknowledges and respects the cultural heritage and values of New Zealand. It serves as a reminder of the Filipino community's integration into New Zealand society while honoring the land they now call home.
This logo beautifully blends Filipino heritage with the multicultural essence of New Zealand, highlighting the contributions and presence of Filipinos in Auckland.
